Sir,

                        With reference to the above, I have the honour to state that it is learnt from the records that Tenders for implementation of some of RSVY schemes for the year 2005-07 were invited beyond the schematic amount approved by Planning and Development Department, Dispur by District authority earlier in respect of Dhemaji district. The following are the schemes where tender were invited for higher amount instead of approved schematic amount.

                        In view of this tenders invited as earlier for implementation of RSVY schemes of above in Veterinary Sector, it will be difficult for us to implement the scheme. Hence it is proposed to cancel the tenders which were invited beyond schematic amount.   Submitted for your kind approval.
